Anyone with experience renting at 39 Christopher St? Or with the company Maison International, which is apparently under compass? Every 1 bedroom in the building is 2600, which seems too good to be true for such a prime WV location. Also they're primarily short-term, furnished rentals. Would appreciate any info on whether this is a legit company/building
