Delays in lobby renovations?

Discussion about The Collect Pond House at 366 Broadway in Tribeca
While the StreetEasy blurb states that lobby renovations should be completed by 2016-17, I visited an apartment in the building in summer 2018 and renovations were far from finished. I was assured that work would be done in the next 3 months. I just visited another apartment a year later in summer 2019 and renovation work has not visibly advanced - I wonder how much longer this might take. Does anybody have information on this?

A guy who used to work for me was an original purchaser in this Coop. When the building was converted all the developer did was partition the spaces and they were still full of desks, chairs, filing cabinets, etc

I wonder if they're having issues with Gourmet Garage?

The renovations were recently completed (early 2022). The lobby is spectacular, there is a beautiful new terrazzo floor and ample lighting that highlights the original double height marble space with an elaborate cast iron staircase. The original elevators were completely replaced. Gourmet Garage has been a wonderful tenant and the building is lucky to have them. They are a great amenity for the local community.
