Residents are in a lawsuit with the building. Construction is slated to go through until the Fall of 2020 due to DOB stop work orders and weather related issues.

Hi, I am considering this building. As a current tenant, do you believe the building will take appropriate precautions to safeguard the health of tenants now that this issue has come to light? Also, would you recommend this building?

Many thanks

Update on construction- it is finally wrapping up after years. Strange to only see a few listings from this building considering it is half empty with the impact from COVID-19... lesson here is negotiate - the building is holding inventory...

Update on building- the management company is currently warehousing apartment inventory. The building is currently short staffed, there is no live-in super, and there is a full overhaul happening for the elevators.
