I have also lived in this building for a few months. I like the building but the mangament company is unbearable. Raven, Ben Musa, Karah Lee, none of them are helpful and dont reply to emails for weeks. Once they do, they say nothing and will say tthings along the lines of "we will circle back soon", and not respond again. Deff would not recommend
we've had the same issue. we contacted the president of Winthrop Management, have gotten a response. she's forwarded our emails from management (who has been awful!) to the regional manager of Winthrop for NY. the measures we've had to take to get anyone to take our complaints seriously has been completely ridiculous. we have a meeting set up with the regional manager to discuss the management for this building and to discuss our complaints. our complaints are still not resolved either. AC has been broken since August!
