This building has very large cockroaches and this unit has had issues with mold. Also, not 3E. It's a great apartment but I'd make sure all holes were sealed to avoid roaches coming into the apartment, because they will and they're huge. The building is pretty well taken care of and cleaned often. If anyone has questions about this listing, feel free to ask questions here.
