Discussion about 461 West 43rd Street in Hell's Kitchen
The landlord refuses to fix anything, often doesn't provide heat, and lied about how much he was raising our rent—then gave us a last-minute lease with a 10% increase, when it was too late for us to find another place to live. Avoid this building!
