I'm looking for a 2BR rental on the UWS in a rental-only full service building. I don't want to get tossed out when the owner decides to sell. Anyone know anything about The Sagamore, on Amsterdam and 89th? The apartments are expensive - are they worth it?

I'm not familiar with the Sagamore but the Winderemere might be worth a look https://www.stellarmanagement.com/windermere
