Is everyone in this building losing money?

Discussion about 551 West 21st Street in West Chelsea

As far as I can tell there hasn't been a market sale in this building for 2 years, and all 15 units which have tried since then have either been pulled off the market or are still trying (at least half of which are currently priced such that the owners are pretty much guaranteed to lose money off their purchase price). What is the prognosis for owners here?
