Discussion about
Renters/Landlords- Are people asking for a rent reduction? If so how much and for long of a period. Are you changing the original lease agreement? Thanks!

Landlord here. Will not offer reduction or amendment to current lease. Tenants can run it out or default and risk security deposit. If anything, will offer renewal at the same rate or if they want flexibility, will offer month to month at slightly higher rate. If tenants don’t have cash to pay, they can pay via credit card.
