Floor to Floor noise isolation

I visited those apartments a few months ago, they are nice, but while visiting we heard people upstairs and there is literally ZERO noise isolation between floors, you can hear everything, even a cellphone vibrating upstairs. It also seems like you can hear Footsteps 2 floors up! That’s a nightmare scenario to me. You can say goodbye to sleep.
