Discussion about 162 Stanton Street in Lower East Side
During my time here I experience countless water leaks, ceiling collapse, 1000s of dollars worth of damage, bugs, rodents, and MOLD!!! On top of all of that, the management of the building unresponsive and when they do respond they are rude and not willing to help. If you want to move in this building, make sure you have a lawyer ready to fight your battles with management.
