Discussion about 425 Riverside Drive in Morningside Heights
Management wants to create the impression than things are moving but reality is that they keep limiting the listings to mislead potential tenants. Rents on this building should be lower given the generalised situation in Manhattan and the fact that many international Columbia grad students will not be coming to a mix of online classes. In addition, all the airbnb apartments in the area are being offered at lower prices than normal rentals given that owners want to cover at least cash expenses.
