Discussion about 127 West 92nd Street in Upper West Side
This building is invested with rats. In the evening you will see 10 or more rats running in and out of the front of the building, the trash area. They are actually loud enough to hear from 20 feet away, chewing on some kind of metal and having little rat fights. They are also invading parked cars in front of the building.
