I was one of the former tenants of 652 W. 189th #5D and I loved the apartment. Everything about it was spacious. Between the bedrooms and hall closets, there is more than enough space to store all your stuff. Each bedroom could fit a king sized bed (if you wanted one that big) with enough room for a dresser and desk and still leftover floorspace. Additionally, you can fill the living room with the biggest dining table, couch, coffee table, and TV you want with room to spare. Being on the 5th floor, we had lots of light from lots of windows. Everyone in the building is super nice, including the superintendent, who is also super responsive. Additionally, I never once had a package go missing from the lobby's secure package room.

Contrary to the NYC real estate market sucking and comprising of jerks, Andy was an excellent broker to work with and made applying and signing on to this apartment super easy for us. Don't miss out on this dream apartment!
