I live next door to this apartment and have seen many renters and brokers come and go. I have to assume it's the hostile living situation the live-in landlords create for their tenants. I live next door to this apartment and have seen many renters and brokers come and go. I have to assume it's the hostile living situation the live-in landlords create for their tenants. This apartment is situated between the elderly landlady and her daughter and son-in-law who act as the landlords. They scream at the top of their lungs at each other on a daily basis. I sometimes can hear it just walking by. I'm also active in neighborhood renters social media pages where this woman gives out very personal information on her tenants and makes threats on a regular basis. I've even seen the husband taking pictures from the third floor window of people just walking by. The whole situation seems very creepy to me. I fear for any prospective tenants being fooled by the large size of this apartment. There are so many other options in this neighborhood. With stress levels at an all time high right now, it's important to feel at home in your own home. Don't risk it on this rental! [less]
