Discussion about 244 West 22nd Street in Chelsea
The renovated units look great but the building is actively under construction and the landlord cannot give details on the construction timeline. The building is also rent stabilized so as a rent stabilized tenant moves out then that apartment goes under construction every time!

Apartment No. 17 (In Contract) has the most ridiculously silly "kitchen" I have ever seen. It looks like it belongs in a trailer! And since it's a rental, I suppose if one wants a real kitchen, one would have to renovate at one's own expense, which the owner would probably not approve. Oiveh!!!!
