Discussion about 350 West 42nd Street #12H
The broker has changed the unit numbers frequently, to H12, to 12HH, to 12, and now to 12HS. The true unit number of the advertised apartment is 12H. The purpose is clear: the broker wants to conceal the days on the market, as well as the record of price reduction due to unpopularity. The advertised square footage also looks incorrect. Many other studios in the same H line has only 522-525 sq ft. The listing is deceiving cunsumers.

And they should put the lid down before they take photos of the bathroom.

No, Aaron — you are confusing this 12HS (“Hoisted Seat”) apartment with 12H. That’s the one that comes with the toilet seat down:
