No Service - only rent collection!

1)They are cutting down staff and all services and repairs are not being done in a timely manner or in an unworkmanlike manner
2) They have leaks in numerous apartments (as just occurred again in many apartments simultaneously)
3) When people ask about repairs due to leaks or other matters the answer - to those paying top dollar is "Well maybe this building is not for you" . Now that is how you have a crack property manager - not!
4) There is no live in superintendent (rather there is a "resident manager' whose responsibilities are less than those who have the title of a super) , even though they advertise it as such and are obligated by NYC to have a live in superintendent.
5)No surprise for every apartment listed for rent there are dozens more empty from those who have permanently moved out.

Property managers and owners don't have to be this way to earn a profit and act responsibly

You other post with complaints was 6 years back.

Major leaks/Plumbing issues, dirty and filthy common areas are the standard in this "luxury" building. You will be greeted with a "Maybe this building isn't for you" if you complain about it. The real issue is incompetent unresponsive management and a derelict building that is not maintained. No live in super even though it's required by law in a building this size. Do yourself a favor, BEWARE!
