Inattentive and negligent landlord

The landlord of this unit does not care about the health or security of their tenants. The front door has needed repairs for months and has not yet been addressed and I've often found homeless people and loiterers in the hallways. I've notified the landlord of pest issues and they take several days to respond. They have on several occasions shut off the water without any notification and until later hours in the evening. They are currently renovating most of the units. The renovations have lasted months and the contractors do not care about the health and safety of the current tenants. I strongly advise not renting in this building while this landlord is the owner.
