Incessant construction noise

Similar to all of the recent reviews I want to share my experience with living in Park Towers South and dealing with Goldfarb properties. For context I have lived here for 12 years and the situation over the last year has devolved into a complete disaster and I would encourage everyone NOT to live in this building. Living here is like living in a construction zone. Then noise is constant and it is impossible to live in the apartment much less try to work here. The construction also has resulted in massive amounts of debris in my bathroom and this has now happened 4 separate times. The management team is unresponsive and incompetent. They could not care less and there is no reasonable conversation you can have with them. The Goldfarb's decide on random changes and implement them (like packages at home vs. with doorman) and vast majority of their ideas are neither good nor well implemented. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this building unless you want to live in a construction zone or in poorly constructed apartment that has cut every corner possible to save a few bucks.
