Instrata Park Slope

Building management is playing games with the doormen again. They say it's a 24/7 doorman building but they're not fully staffed and are trying to cut hours and cheat tenants out of what they're paying for. Take your money somewhere else where they value you as a tenant. There are so many good options on StreetEasy, just not Instrata Park Slope. Our water's been shut off for the whole building 6 times in the last 4 months because of plumbing problems and HVAC is now shut off too. NOT a luxury experience for the luxury prices they're charging. Building management company, Bozzuto, is the worst.
