Discussion about
My renovation will be done tomorrow. Can anyone recommend a good post-renovation cleaning company? What's the average price for a 750sf one bed? Thanks!

GG, Congrats. Your contractor should do a good clean up especially any grout. After than get a good cleaning lady for 8-10 hours. Give her acetone (1L for $15 or so) and gloves to remove paint marks. A lot of cleaning supplies (bona duster with a stick for dust on the walls) with good vacuum for dusting. Get a separate window cleaning company and change AC filters.

Congrats. A good cleaning person, acetone 1L for removing paint (to be used sparingly), gloves, dust pads with stick for walls, good vacuum cleaner, paper towels, standard cleaning supplies is all you need. Grout needs to be cleaned up by your contractor. Get a separate window cleaning company.

Ha. I have only found good cleaning ladies for my reno projects. Never a good cleaning man - I tried more than once. I do not want to be woke.

It’s this, but I misused it:

We and several people I know used NY Little Elves. They are good, but picture in your mind whatever you think this will cost, and then double or triple that thought.

Thanks for all the suggestions and fun discussion.
I made a few phone calls for the fee quote and the price ranged from couple hundred dollars to 1K.
Probably will go with 300's advise to go with a cleaning lady.
Too bad my contractor didn't clean any grout. He ran out of time and only managed to threw the garbage away...
Guess I will have to pay extra to the cleaning lady.

For grout, you need a putty knife.
