During the pandemic, I saw a pre-recorded video walk through of a place with a rental unit occupied by a relative of the owner. Said relative, a corpulent and hirsute bear of a man, was seen laying on the couch in his half-open bathrobe watching a TV judge show, as if nothing was happening.

We passed, but remarkably they got a full price sale a few weeks later.
