Terrible service. Very thin walls. Absolutely all the neighbors' conversations can hear. It's impossible to live in such conditions. At 11 a.m., women's singing begins. And at 4 a.m., the neighbors from above decide to throw a party. The contract says that a month before eviction, if a written request has been sent, it is possible to move out without fines. When I write to the build, managers say that the only way to move out is to find new tenants instead of yourself. It's absolutely unacceptable and outrageous.
