By December 2020, 4JK cut its value by nearly $600,000. What a way to end the year.

Maybe TrevorF is the owner of 12Q, the only apartment which increased its price tag... by all of $3,000.

perhaps, one of these years, i will be right, yet there is a risk that my statement may never be correct with this building. are these poor souls owners of apartments or of a depreciating asset. that line is fuzzy.

look at the price appreciation in the 1br apts - up 6.5% in only 20 days!!! :

Why ask the questions if you can just look at the listings yourself. Are you a potential buyer? Are you trying to put uncertainty into the mind of our community?
