March Inventory/Ghosting on apps

Based on what I'm seeing there's a good chance you will hear back about how you were incorrect in assuming that you would get the unit on the terms you were told were available either on some website or what the agent represented along with some gaslighting about how it's you who doesn't understand the process.

Time to move on to a new building and possibly broker.

sigh @30yrs_RE_20 yeah it definitely looks like something funny is going on. The listing is still posted but radio silence... :( sad, i really wanted that one. also tried to get in to see another place and the person who was going to show it had to cancel right before because the landlord needed to "do something" to the unit...makes me wonder if folks are maybe debating holding out for a month and then returning to market with higher prices in april...? i know nothing about real estate though so these are just my feeble attempts to try to understand what's happening.
