covid time offers

I am trying to get a handle on what's been going on since the virus began a year ago. It's easy to follow what's in contract but there's no way to see if there have been offers made that were too low. Thoughts?

Ask some of the listing brokers on active or delisted units here. If you ask too directly they’ll lie to your face though, so you’ll need to read between the lines
