No racism or anything incendiary intended by my indication that subdivisions of units are common in this area. Just a matter of fact.

Units such as these are not safe. Too crowded when fully occupied. At least this bldg is fireproof. It’s a whole lot worse when it’s in a non-fireproof bldg with a fire escape and access to the fire escape is blocked by one of the private rooms.
