Why I Love Living in Victoria House

I am very happy living in Victoria House. Especially grateful for the friendly staff, rooftop views and the spacious floorplans of an established building.

I've lived in the Victoria House for 7 years, I enjoy having a gym in my building and the rooftop with ample seating and great views but outside of the amenities, I really like my neighbors who are friendly, helpful, and who have become friends over the years.

I love living in the Victoria house! Great location, amazing amenities, the best building staff. And you can’t beat the rooftop views!

I've lived in the Victoria House for the past 12 years. This pet friendly, no smoking building has a friendly and vibrant community. I've enjoyed getting to know my neighbors at our summer rooftop gatherings and lobby Christmas parties. The staff is welcoming and have come to feel like family throughout the years. Our building is conveniently located to several transportation hubs and desirable neighborhoods as it at the intersection of Gramercy Park, Nomad/Madison Square Park, the Flatiron, Rose Hill, Murray Hill, Kips Bay which means we are located to several top dining options. For nights I don't feel like going out, I invite friends to join me on the rooftop where there are killer views of the city.

I am new to Victoria House and could not be happier with my experience thus far. Having access to a roof and a gym has been such a positive for me. However, the best part about Victoria House is the staff. I have never met friendlier, more helpful staff than the people that work here. You're guaranteed a hello and a smile from everyone!
