no reliable internet

Discussion about Fifteen Madison Square North at 15 East 26th Street in NoMad
I own in this building and the internet is down every few weeks. Over the past several years, multiple requests have been made to the building to upgrade internet, to no avail. Do not buy or rent if you require high speed internet.

I thought cable companies Fios and Spectrum control the service including reliability, individual apartments subscribe (and complain about service issues) directly to them and there is not much a building can do to force Fios or Spectrum to fix issues. Is there is a special issue which this building can help fix?

That must be incredibly frustrating. For whatever it’s worth, it may be worth checking out 5G home internet options (ie cellular) from the big cellular carriers.
