“A huge closet with space to put your poles?” This sure does look like a very small strip club. Note the utilitarian, easily washable flooring, windows replaced with doors - hopefully leading onto the fire escape - and of course the stage...

What is it with the 2nd floor units? The apartment floor is a step or two above the floor level at the entry (old photos of 2C confirm that it's not just 2B's quirky design). Is the way that's handled even legal construction? I do love the remote control bed though. (for a definition of 'love' that is decidedly non-traditional). The A & D units may be some of the last ones in the city with a bathtub in the kitchen (see arch. diagram at former 3C listing)
