Question about London Terrace - 410 west 24th

Discussion about 410 West 24th Street in West Chelsea
Could any residents comment on living in this building today? I'm looking for homes for my son. A friend of mine lived here 15 years ago and generally liked it but found the wooden floors to be an issue. They were squeeky (resolved w/ a carpet) and the upstairs neighbor's footprints were readily heard. Several celebs in this complex back then, but in the 470 building.
