Help With Gate Repair

I am sure that some of you guys have faced a similar problem, and I am hoping for a good recommendation: The metal gate and railing on my mom's Manhattan brownstone's front stoop is falling apart and needs to be replaced. I live on the west coast so I do not know where to start. Any recommendations? Thanks!
