Discussion about 90 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights
There’s a ventilation building for the A train across Furman Street. I imagine the sound from it is quite loud.

My bigger concern would be the noise from the loading dock across the street, and the noise from the BQE. If you were on the water side of the building, I'd imagine there would be significantly less noise.

My even bigger concern is the half mile hike to get to the entrance to the A.
