Discussion about CitySpire at 150 West 56th Street in Midtown

From the description for 150 West 56th Street, the building is for both commercial and residential condo, are there any special concerns for a mixed use building? What does TSOF means?

TSOF may be the entity that owns or controls the commercial part of the building. You need to read through the organizing docs to fully identify the implications of the relationship.
