Buying from an LLC owned vs individuals owned

From a buyer's point of view, is there any difference buying a condo from an LLC owned vs individuals owned? Any potential risks associated with an LLC owned?
I know you're just looking for some quick feedback. However, I think these questions regarding purchases from llc's or foreigners would be best answered by a competent NYC real estate attorney who's handled these types of transactions.

My quick feedback, which is worth every penny that you've paid for it, is that the seller doesn't matter unless you are demanding representations of warranties from the seller post close. Real estate is usually sold as is, where is. Do your inspections and due diligence.
Several people mentioned Title Insurance in the other thread. Almost every one buying a condo in NYC gets one. LLC/Foreign sellers are pretty standard in NYC. Any decent lawyer will deal with the required tax withholdings - those are standard forms dictated by State and Federal tax authorities which your lawyer will know.
