Discussion about 192 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea
why in the world anyone would buy on this tragic avenue is beyond..the tacky sex shops..the male hookers...the riff raff and the rumbling subway kicking up soot all day...only for out of towners "sold" by real estate agents with novice naive and misinformed buyers...Oh dont forget the rats from the subway and nearby restaurants..lovely

There is new rolling stock but I don't know which lines they will be assigned to.
