They say maybe end of November, early December.

I think they're on a finishing rally this month. They did remove the scaffolding lifts and they need to close out the penthouses and then hopefully the can go faster. I'm concerned that they extend to January. Window of mortgage rates is going to be likely gone by then.

My gut tells me closings won't start until January.
