Discussion about
I have nine images of a vacant apartment, and three "virtually staged" images of that apartment with furniture photoshopped into it. Do I put the listing photos up as VS1-VS2-VS3-Vacant1-Vacant2, etc.? (which is the way I just did it in the RLS) Or do I put them up as VS1-Vacant1-VS2-Vacant2, etc.? (which is the way I just did it in StreetEasy). Home seekers and kibitzers, what makes more sense to you? ali r. {upstairs realty}
I'm just pleased that you'll put up the real photos too. That's more than many listing agents do.
FWIW, I prefer the staged photos next to the real photo of the same room.
Thank you George -- that's how I did it on StreetEasy.
Any other votes?
If you must put up staged photos, I'd prefer to see the staged photos adjacent to the real ones. I think putting up ONLY staged photos (labeled as such or not) is materially deceptive advertising.
I don't mind having a staged photo for reference, as long as there is a real one. Like George, I would like them adjacent to the real photo of the same room.
George is right.
Thanks all! I'll leave the StreetEasy photos as they are, since they're the "winners" and switch around the RLS photos in a bit.

Agreed with the others, 1-1-2-2- please.
