True/Usable square footage

Does the listed square footage include the elevators and emergency stairwells? If so, what is the actual usable square footage?

The condo offering plan will specify exactly what it includes. If it is a full floor condo, elevators and emergency stairwells are likely included.

I have a friend who bought there. The footage definitely includes both emergency stairwells and the elevator.
