Always be suspect when a condo listing neglects to list its square footage. In this instance, either the broker or owner is trying to avoid publicizing this number because it’s so small. 1,196 square feet to be exact. Which means that the $3.2 million asking price translates to $2,675 per sq ft which in this market is beyond the height of insanity. Good luck with that!
