Architect Needed - Small Job

Hey all, I'm renovating my kitchen in my UES prewar co-op and will be adding a washer / dryer (my co-op allows this). I'm looking for an architect to draw the plans for the washer's connection to the riser. It's such a small job that I'm having trouble finding someone willing to take it on. Anyone out there?
