Discussion about Star Tower LIC at 27-17 42nd Road in Hunters Point
Considering buying but the price seemed a little high for the location. Current tenants, could you please share any comments on the building? Would the sponsor give credit for transfer taxes and maybe help with the mansion tax? Also, 100k per parking spot seems really steep, parking in LIC cost ~$300 per month, which means 30 years to breakeven? Seems pretty high...
