List the apartment now or wait until Spring

Hi I have a vacant move-in ready 2bed-2bath coop apartment in Queens. Considering the holiday season between Thanksgiving and Jan 1st, will it be better for me to list the apartment now. Or will it be better for me to list the apartment on Jan 08 so that I can get more consistent foot traffic? I know it's still winter, the foot traffic is not going to improve much over the holidays. What do you guys think? Some local realtors said that seasons don't matter anymore due to the wide use of technology. Other sources said it's best to list in late Feb or early March to reduce the number of days on market. I am torn and I want to know what you guys think.
