Discussion about 45 Duffield Street
Let us see how many discrepancies people can identify in the square footage? Not even a temp Certificate of Occupancy.

It’ll be easier if I simply identify what seems right on the floorplans:

- The lines are straight.
- “All dimensions are approximate and subject to construction variances.”

Unit 1 floor plan says 1015 sq ft interior but the listing description something else. Of course, the total is overstated by 35%+.

But it is a "THREE STORES building" so if you put three Dollar Trees in there no one will care
