Does anyone know anything about this building? Built in 2016. Taxes are $6k+ for a 3 bedroom that's asking below $4. land lease?

price per foot looks reasonable for what looks like quality design and finishes in a great location, with a garage. Wonder why taxes are so high, and warning: a taxes quoted are after primary residence tax abatement. Nothing indicates a land lease, though I am not too familiar with that area.

Nothing unusual about high taxes as it is a new condo from 2018. The city is screwing new condo developments with $2+ per sq ft in taxes.
