NYC DOB application approval

Discussion about
We submitted an alteration (type 2) application with NYCDOB for renovating a pre-war co-op apartment. Anyone have an idea of how long it could/should generally take to get approval these days? Appreciate hearing what it’s been like for others.

Each round of comments is approximately 2 weeks. So if everything is perfect in your original filing, which would be unusual, you will get approval in 2 weeks. If one round of comments, 1 week for Architect to turn around and 2 more weeks.
