I had no idea that there was so much Oligarch money on the UES. I thought that it was mostly in the Ultra-luxury.

Somehow I doubt that Len Blavatnik will end up on either the US or UK sanctions list, nor will his assets be frozen or confiscated. Too many politicians dependent on his largesse.

He is US and UK citizen. So unlikely.
