Upcoming 32B negotiations

Any views on what Local 32B will be looking for in their new contracts (covering doormen, handymen, maintenance staff, and porters). Contract expires 20 April. Should buildings be bracing for a strike, or is it likely to be settled in advance?

We've preemptively hired security guards to cover in case of a strike.

7-8% inflation, negotiations are going to be amazing

They did 3% increases each year last time. I think this one will be higher.
