Wondering whether new const at B'way and 103rd will block sunlight for south facing units. Apart from that: no doubt there will be a lot of noise for the next few years.

This says the new bldg will be 13 stories so can't imagine it will *not* block all afternoon light:

I imagine it will block some afternoon light for the south facing units. The skyline is always changing in this town- so I advise clients if you want protected views- you need to buy something that can't or won't be redeveloped- i.e. park views or waterfront buildings. I was about a block away earlier this week and the client was looking for a Starbucks and I remembered there was one about a block or two away...not anymore. The picture in the article shows the Starbucks - so I was right...pre demolition though.
